These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LinksWatch service provided by Numlock Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), a business registered in New Zealand. LinksWatch is a product of Numlock Studio. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LinksWatch provides URL shortening, uptime monitoring, QR code generation, and click analytics (collectively, the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at our contact form if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice. Links that violate these rules may be deactivated immediately.
The Free plan is provided at no cost subject to the usage limits described on our Pricing page. Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro features until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of any content (URLs, tags, QR assets) you submit to the Service. By submitting content you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA on the Free plan. Pro plan customers may contact us to discuss SLA requirements. Planned maintenance will be announced via our Status page where possible.
The redirect service and uptime checks may experience brief interruptions during deployments or infrastructure events. We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary service unavailability.
To power uptime monitoring and fallback routing, LinksWatch makes automated HTTP requests (typically HEAD requests) to the destination URLs you register with the Service. These requests originate from our infrastructure and may occur on a scheduled basis or be triggered by visitor traffic. By adding a destination URL you confirm that you are authorised to direct such requests to that URL and that doing so does not violate any agreement or policy governing that URL. We do not store or transmit the content of any response body — only status codes and response timing.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numlock Studio and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Numlock Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via a dashboard notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you encounter a LinksWatch short link being used for phishing, malware, spam, or other abuse, please report it immediately using our abuse report form. Include the full short link URL and a description of the abuse. We investigate all reports and act on critical safety issues as a priority.
